Public service is not about the person holding office, it is about accomplishing the needs and desires of Ohioans. To do this I believe in representing what is best for the people over my own desires. I am an American First and Republican Second. I believe District 17 deserves a representative who will provide voice and results. Rutan has a Plan to help provide the basic necessities, lower taxes, increase job security, home security, infrastructure improvement, technology expansion, a disciplined education system and reformed prison system.
