We have a crisis of conflicting opinions and ideas of how to determine what is real. Truth has been devalued. Factual information is too often replaced with opinion or hearsay. Many disregard the ability of the scientific method to prove what is real and what is not. Professional journalism is ridiculed and minimized. We must take personal responsibility to correct this crisis.
