As a criminal defense trial attorney with over 25 years of experience, I’ve built my career on fighting for people facing the toughest moments of their lives. I’ve never been a prosecutor. I have always stood on the side of the accused, holding the system accountable and making sure the truth comes to light. That’s why I’m signing the Pro-Truth Pledge. Whether I’m challenging flawed science in a DUI case or fighting for justice after a serious accident, truth is the foundation of my work. I’m one of only four attorneys in Florida with the ACS Forensic Lawyer-Scientist designation, and I use that knowledge to expose inaccuracies and build strong, fact-based defenses.
